Please be advised that the management of Ratzan & Faccidomo is closely monitoring the current COVID-19 outbreak and has implemented within the office all the protocols and recommendations suggested by the CDC. We continue to receive steady updates from both the State and Federal Courts and continue to monitor any closures to courts, and correctional facilities. Our has moved to remote operations.
Rest assured, our dedication to your case or your loved one’s case is not affected by the current situation. That said, we consider your safety, the safety of our staff, and of our lawyers to be paramount. As such, we will be acting in accordance with the direction of the CDC, Department of Corrections and the Administration of the Courts and will make all necessary adjustments to the practice provided it does not jeopardize the effectiveness of our representation.
